Bethesda Game Studios has always been very good at building worlds, so it’s understandable that some of the things we learned regarding Starfield ahead of the game’s trailers and demos are the in-game realms. We’re now just five weeks away from people buying the special edition, so it’s time to take a look at Starfield’s three biggest cities. The bad news is that this isn’t done by showing gameplay. on the contrary. Bethesda has released a trio of animated shorts that give us a glimpse of the trio in New Atlantis, the neon lights of the “City of Joy” and the seemingly more peaceful city of Akira. Not that we know any more regarding these places. These videos seem to be more focused on giving us examples of why and how someone might want to leave their planet and explore the galaxy. Time will tell if these stories are included in Starfield when it officially launches in full on September 6th.
