Yann Turchi may have a shadowy job, but he is very prominent in his field. At the age of 31, he has established himself as one of the most recognized hairdressers of his generation. Specializing in the styling of textured hair known as “afros”, this man from Lorraine offers his services to artists, fashion magazines or luxury brands during campaigns. He enjoys limitless creativity to magnify a hair type that is regularly vilified. However, this learning was not self-evident, in a context where textured hair has long been considered second rate.
