DUBAI, 26th April, 2020 (WAM) — His Excellency Salem Humaid Al Marri, Director General of the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center, affirmed that the “Explorer Rashid” mission is only the beginning of a promising journey. He said about the mission.. “During which we developed the first Emirati and Arab explorer, and acquired new knowledge.”
His Excellency thanked the crews of the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center and the partners in “iSpace”, saying, “Thank you to my colleagues at the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center who worked day and night to develop the explorer Rashid … and thanks to our partners in iSpace for their great efforts.”
He added, “Challenges and difficulties are always present in space missions, especially the missions of landing on the moon.. By going through difficult missions we learn and progress. We learned from our leaders to continue striving until we achieve our goals.. From them we learned that nothing is impossible.”
