Barcelona announced its agreement with Leeds United to sign Brazilian winger Rafinha, which is the latest Barca deal in the summer transfer market.
Rafinha is the third signing of the Catalan club during the summer Mercato, as it previously included two free players, Frank Kessie and Andreas Christensen.
It seems that Barcelona is ready to enter the summer Mercato with full force after the club’s board of directors recently set an agreement to activate the second economic lever, which would put the club in a good position to sign the players they need.
