The famous family brand “Une Gaufrette Saperlipopette”, created by Bénédicte and Eric Michaux in rue des Mineurs, which offers bread, waffles and even pastries, is expanding. The two buildings will be connected by the same stairwell via rue des Mineurs to provide three housing units at number 1 rue des Airs, the City specifies in a press release.
