Palakkad ∙ The investigation team has been expanded to find former SFI leader K. Vidya, the accused in the fake work experience certificate case. The new move by the police came after 10 days after filing the case, Vidya could not be found.
Palese says that they are trying to find Vidya with the help of cyber cell. The police suspect that Vidya, who was in Kechi, moved to Kezhikedu region as the investigation intensified. The investigation team reached Kaladi Sanskrit University last day and inquired about Vidya’s friends and searched their houses.
The team led by Agali DySP N. Muralidharan and Inspector K. Saleem included Puthur SI V. Jayaprasad, civil police officers P. Vinu, M. Shafiq, K. K. Anees, P. Subhash, P. D. Devasya, K. M. Prince, Bindu Sivan and B.Vineethkumar were newly inducted. Today the police will record the statements of the interview panel members of Pathiripala Govt College where Vidya worked as a guest teacher. The Administrative Officer of Thrissur Collegiate Education Deputy Director’s Office will record the statements of the Attappady Govt. College Principal and the interview board members today.
