José Antônio Caetano assumes commercial and marketing superintendence of RS Serviços. The executive has more than 30 years of experience in the facilities and security sector, and after a sabbatical period and a little over a year in charge of the Muda Group, focused on waste management, circular economy and reverse logistics, he joins the senior management of RS Serviços.
Graduated in Business Administration, Caetano —as he is known in the market— worked in a construction company and, later, for 28 years, he was one of the founding partners of a company in the property and private security sector, having worked in several areas, such as commercial, marketing , new business and technology.
The executive took advantage of his sabbatical period to return to his hometown, Marília, wrote a chapter on leadership in the book “Successful Mindset” and was invited to occupy the position of director of Grupo Muda, an opportunity to maintain contact with the market and being able to share all the learning in a segment that is increasingly becoming a protagonist in companies: sustainability.
As head of Grupo Muda, he resumed his routine of events and visits to condominium administrators and professional property managers, among other companies in the sector, until he met RS Serviços and received the invitation to join the senior management team.
Challenge accepted, Caetano is motivated and certain that there are many competitive advantages and added values already existing in RS and many others to be built. “RS has something different. I believe there is a bright future, it is consolidated in the market, has a recognized name and is ready to grow even further. One of the aspects that motivated my acceptance to contribute my expertise was the national expansion plan.”
“If life is a school, relationships are postgraduate studies” is one of Caetano’s favorite phrases.
