“This collaboration allows us to provide more choices to customers, both local and international.” said Garth Simmons, in a press conference on the strategic partnership between Accor and tiket.com, at Pullman, Thamrin, Central Jakarta, Thursday (7/11).
According to Garth Simmons, this collaboration allows tiket.com users to access more than 500 Accor hotel properties spread across 13 countries, especially in the Asia-Pacific region. So customers can enjoy the experience of staying at hotels from various categories, tailored to their needs and budget.
George Hendrata, CEO of tiket.com, added that changes in people’s perspectives on travel after the COVID-19 pandemic opened up opportunities for tiket.com to present solutions.
“The pandemic has changed the way people view travel, and we see this as an opportunity to provide better solutions.” he said.
This strategic collaboration can accelerate Accor’s expansion in Indonesia and the surrounding region, by utilizing the tiket.com platform to make it easier for customers to search, book and pay for hotels. (Z-12)
