The study, published last week in the journalNatureScientific, data on nearly 10,000 Americans between the ages of 20 and 59.

During the study period, which lasted from 2011 to 2018, the researchers monitored factors such as bone mineral density and body fat percentage, as well as how often the participants were physically active.

The researchers found that people who had a physically inactive life were more likely to have osteoporosis in the lower back, in addition to being more likely to have a higher percentage of body fat.

In contrast, the results showed that the most active participants had a clear improvement in bone density along with a decrease in body fat percentage.
