In Russia they want to exempt budgetary institutions from fines if violations discovered in their work are eliminated. This was reported by an anonymous representative of the press service of the Russian Cabinet of Ministers.
“In order to assess compliance with the requirements, control actions may be carried out and an order may be issued, including to the founder. At the same time, the institution is not fined if the violations are completely eliminated,” the Vedomosti newspaper reports the words of a representative of the press service of the Russian Cabinet of Ministers.
At the moment, such a mechanism operates for state and municipal schools and kindergartens. It is planned that more health care and social services institutions for children will be involved in this practice. The Government of the Russian Federation sent an order to the Ministry of Justice to work out such a mechanism.
Previously, the Russian Government planned to additionally allocate over 30 billion rubles to increase employee salaries budgetary state institutions. Also in the Russian Federation from October 1 became bigger salaries of public sector employees.
