The ministry stated in a statement: “Hussain bin Nasser bin Hassan al-Sharif, a Saudi national, killed Ali bin Gibran bin Muhammad Hallal, a Saudi national, by stabbing him with a knife several separate stab wounds in his body, which led to his death, due to a dispute between them.”
And she continued: “By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in him being accused of committing his crime, and by referring him to the competent court. And from the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to implement what was decided by law, and was supported by its reference.
And she added: “The death sentence was executed in retribution by the perpetrator / Hussein bin Nasser bin Hassan Al-Sharif – a Saudi national – on Thursday, on 1/9/1445 AH, corresponding to 7/27/2023 AD, in the Jazan region.”
And she stated: “The Ministry of the Interior, announcing this to confirm the keenness of the Kingdom’s government to establish security, achieve justice, and implement the provisions of God in everyone who transgresses the innocent or sheds their blood, and at the same time warns everyone who tempts himself to do so that the legal punishment will be his fate. .
