Al-Marsad Sports: Egyptian journalist Ahmed Schubert revealed the truth regarding Al-Nasr Club’s offer to sign Mohamed El-Shennawy, goalkeeper of the first football team in the Egyptian Al-Ahly club.
Schubert said, in radio statements to his program “With Schubert”, broadcast on Egyptian Radio On Sport: “So far, there has been no official offer or negotiations on the part of the Al-Nasr Club management headed by Musli Al Muammar with its counterpart in Al-Ahly Club headed by Mahmoud Al-Khatib to include Al-Shennawi.”
He pointed out that there was already an official offer from Al-Nasr club during the last summer transfer market, and the club rejected it because of its association with the African and local championships.
Schubert explained that the management of Al-Ahly Club is open to selling Mohamed El-Shennawy this summer, if he receives a good offer from Al-Nasr Club, in agreement with the Swiss coach Marcel Koller, the team’s coach.
