The relationship with Utze failed only shortly after the grand finale, David Jackson is now with Lisa Mieschke. However, as Utze revealed in the reunion episode, David Jackson has not broken up with her. The decision to end the relationship was amicable or mutual. It even sounds a bit as if the final line came from her. Whether the end was related to David’s feelings for the runner-up remains open. What is certain, however, is that Angelina noticed a change in her Rosenkavalier after the grand finale. David was more emotionally absent than before, the 28-year-old said. After the reunion, the 28-year-old became even clearer in the RTL bachelor podcast. But how quickly did the end actually follow? According to Utze, the ex-couple met twice before the separation followed. In the podcast, Angelina reveals that the two first stayed in Düsseldorf after the final, then in the hotel in Cologne. The said meetings then took place at Christmas and New Year’s Eve 2022. David Jackson and Angelina haven’t been together for more than a meager two weeks. “It didn’t take long,” said David Jackson at the big reunion. The episodes of the 13th “Bachelor” season were shot until mid/late December 2022, and mid-January 2023 was the end.
Another issue that weighed on Utze was David’s place of residence. She always found the topic of Dubai difficult, “because of LGBTQ and women’s rights,” she said twice in front of the camera. But since David insisted that it wasn’t his final destination, she could live with the issue.
