The Grand Ducal Family of Luxembourg has reason to celebrate: on Monday the Court of Justice of Luxembourg announced that Princess Alexandra and her husband Nicolas Bagory are expecting their first child together. The baby is due to be born next spring.
Luxembourg’s Grand Duchy is looking forward to having offspring
“Their Royal Highnesses the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess are pleased to announce that Princess Alexandra and Mr Nicolas Bagory are expecting their first child,” it was announced. “The birth is planned for spring.”
“The Grand Duke, the Grand Duchess and the members of the two families are taking part in this great happiness,” said a statement on Instagram.
Alexandra’s parents, Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresashare five children, with Alexandra being their only daughter.
Alexandra of Luxembourg and Nicolas Bagory married in a civil ceremony in the town hall of Luxembourg City in April 2023. A few days later the church wedding took place in the Saint Trophyme church in Bormes-les-Mimosas.
