The investigation authorities heard the statements of the accused bkilled a child 4 years in Sharkia Governorate, and the Public Prosecution had ordered her detention for 4 days pending investigations.
The accused confessed to killing the child following luring her into her apartment and drowning her in a plastic container, due to family disputes between her and the sister of the deceased child, and disposed of her body by dumping it where the body was found.
The Ministry of the Interior had revealed the circumstances of what was reported to the Mashtoul Al-Souq Police Station in the Eastern Security Directorate, that the body of a (4-year-old girl) was found near her house, located in a village in the district of the center.
The efforts of the Public Security Sector, with the participation of the Criminal Investigation Department in Sharkia, resulted in the perpetration of the incident (a housewife – a resident of the same village in the place of the communication).
After codifying the procedures, she was targeted, and it was possible to confront her, and she confessed to having committed the incident.
