In the semi-finals and finals of the competition planned in the spring, both the audience and the jury of industry professionals will vote for their favorites, whose evaluation will make up 50% of the total result. About participants. “The Silent Knights” is a Latvian rock band formed in 2022, consisting of four guys from Liepāja. Currently, it has two released singles “Pasaules” and “Ledus karaliene”. “Mūžamežs” is a violin music monoblice founded in 2001 in Zante, which plays in the “country side sympho black acoustic” style – to be more precise, “Mūžamežs” is the once well-known music journalist Raitis Sametis alone. On the other hand, “Jump If Not” is an alternative rock and metal group, which debuted in the competition with good success already last season. Currently, she has released several singles, but future plans include recording new songs and performing at music festivals.
It should be noted that the winners of the first selection competition of “Unrest Blice” on October 12 were the group “Paniks lekme”, which secured a place in the semi-finals, which will take place next spring. The winners of the competition will receive a gift card worth 500 euros for the purchase of music equipment and the opportunity to record music in a professional recording studio. In addition, the winners will have the opportunity to perform at the Rocktagons 2025 festival.
