Our client, a law firm founded in 2018 and located just steps from the train station, is seeking its future talent, a Lawyer (M/F) in corporate law to join their team.
The firm, composed of a human-sized team, operates in the following areas:
1. Corporate law
2. Wealth and tax structuring/restructuring
3. Commercial law
The position
Your missions, should you choose to accept them:
You will work as a Lawyer (M/F) in corporate law.
You will operate almost exclusively on the advisory side.
Missions:
-Corporate law: Audit, due diligence, transactional
-Wealth/tax structuring/restructuring: Business transfers, tax advice for business leaders…
-Commercial law: Commercial leases, commercial contracts, contractual real estate
The goal is for you to be involved at all stages of the cases.

Desired Profile
You hold a CAPA and have between 1 and 6 years of experience as a Lawyer in corporate law, then you are the ideal candidate!
You are meticulous, able to become autonomous after training in the position, and you have a mindset eager to take on this new challenge, so do not hesitate, you are the person we need for this position.
