According to the results of this study, three-quarters of menopausal and perimenopausal women report suffering from insomnia. More than two-thirds (69%) of women surveyed said thatmenopausal insomnia had a negative impact on their emotional well-being.

If one in two women do not know how to manage menopause symptoms, 59% do not feel ready to manage these inconveniences. For example, 60% are not aware that there are techniques to relieve insomnia. “Menopausal women may have difficulty falling asleep and then staying asleep throughout the night. Studies show that sleep disturbances can actually affect your mood, impair your judgment and concentration.
