The victim’s body was discovered by her roommate, an undocumented young person who had been living in the apartment for two years. The ex-partner had visited Eleonora earlier that day before the roommate found her body under a blanket that had been cut. The roommate alerted neighbors and the police, who stated that the ex-partner was dangerous, but did not provide further information when asked.
Aged regarding fifty, Eleonora lost her life on Tuesday in Etterbeek, in dramatic circumstances. She was killed by her ex-companion, released from prison just a few weeks ago, reports Sudinfo. It is the roommate of Eleonora (also nicknamed Nora), a young undocumented person who has lived in the apartment for two years, who discovered the body of the victim.
Eleonora’s ex had come to the fifties on Tuesday in the early followingnoon, and it was around 3 p.m. that the roommate from Etterbeekoise made the dramatic discovery. “It was finally when I wanted to go out that I discovered the crime […] Hassan was gone and Nora was on her couch under a blanket that covered her from head to knees. When I lifted this blanket, I saw that it had been cut,” said the young man.
He alerted the neighbors and called the police. According to the latter, the ex of Eleonora – aged in her twenties – “was dangerous”. Asked by Sudinfo, the prosecution did not give more information.
