Four young recruits complete the panel of innovative startups pampered by the Village by CA of Sophia Antipolis, the business accelerator of Crédit Agricole Provence Côte d’Azur which recruits its nuggets in the Alpes-Maritimes, Var and Alpes-de -Haute-Provence.
The Village mainly supports the transition of these companies to the commercial scale. Because if they have the innovative technology they need, the idea that responds to the market, they lack the network, the good advice and the ability to seek the necessary financing to launch the marketing of their product or service. In total, more than 70 startups have passed through the Sophia Antipolis Village in 5.5 years of existence with only 7 “failures” recorded.
As a reminder, there are 45 Villages by CA in France, Italy and Luxembourg. A European weave that allows connections to be created throughout the country and internationally. So popular enough to join a promotion. The 23rd is made up of 4 young shoots that “the mayor” of the Village, Marie Nghiem introduced to us.
Recruitment, generative AI and predatory soil mites
Devott led by Guillaume Adam is a SaaS solution for enterprise data management; JobPack chaired by Isabelle de Bussac helps companies to be more attractive by supporting future employees to settle in; Tada co-founded by Gauthier Bonacorsi, Bryan Chaussin and Remi Pelloux is a solution with generative AI which facilitates recruitment by visualizing, as if we were there, the job we want. And Evolutive Agronomy, a more advanced, deep tech co-founded by Antoine Pasquier, Lucie Monticelli and Nicolas Desneux, all three doctors from INRAE Sophia Antipolis. Their idea? Breed predatory soil mites (non-allergenic) programmed to attack a root-eating worm, the bane of market gardeners and horticulturists. A first contract has already been signed with Marius Auda (Gattières), a large producer of edible flowers. The rest will be written very soon.
