EVGA Ends NVIDIA Partnership … Completely Withdrawal From GPU Market

EVGA, an NVIDIA GPU partner and the largest shareholder in North America, has officially announced a partnership with NVIDIA and a complete withdrawal from the GPU market.

The news was confirmed through major foreign media Tomshardware, Theverge, and GamersNexus, and EVGA CEO Andrew Han said, “I will not be present at NVIDIA’s new product announcement, and I hope that many people do not question it. That’s why I made it clear in advance.”

The root cause of the termination of this partnership is speculated to be profitability. EVGA CEO said, “78% of sales come from graphics cards, 20% from power supplies, and 2% from coolers and motherboards.

In addition, EVGA said that it will not be producing the RTX 40 series, and that the current lineup will continue until current-generation stock runs out. In this regard, in consumer following-sales service and product warranty, NVIDIA spokeswoman Bryan Del Rizzo said that ‘the current generation of products will continue to support EVGA’.

As a result, the general A/S period during the product warranty period does not seem to be a big problem, but it is expected that there will be some restrictions following the stock runs out completely and the RTX 30 series is discontinued.
