The 26-year-old girl uploaded a video to her Instagram account wearing a set of sportswear while showing some of the exercises she performs.
He also wrote a profound message regarding acceptance. “I started to see changes in my body with training when I stopped focusing on what I wanted to change regarding my physique and being grateful for everything my body allows me to do,” said the influencer.
“Enjoy the process and use it as a distraction, not a problem,” he added.
The daughter of Iván Zamorano’s wife wrote next to the video: “Everything is a process, you just have to know how to enjoy it.”
