Everyone was calling me to do comedy and this is a different film- Arya

Arya is the star who became Malayalee’s favorite actress through Badai Bungalow. Arya always reaches the living rooms of Malayalees as an anchor through many programs and as a comedy character through skits.

Arya, who has appeared in some movies, is now sharing the details of the new movie 90 Minutes, in which she will be the heroine for the first time. In an interview to Movie Man, Arya says that everyone calls her to do comedy roles and 90 Minutes is a different role from that.

Nidhi, the director of ’90 Minutes’ called me for this film. Arya called me saying she can do it. First I said to send the outline. When I heard the outline, I was the zoner I had never done before.

Because everyone calls me to do comedy. But this is a survival character different from that. I got a liking for it. There are a few challenging things regarding it. So I am committing to 90 minutes because I feel it would be good to do this,’ said Arya.

Arya added that it is a survival thriller and a social responsibility story and they have used their natural expressions.

The director of the movie is Nidin Thomas Kurishingal. Apart from Arya, Arun Kumar, Sunil Sukhada, Santhosh Keezhatoor, Sriram Ramachandran and Baby Aisa are playing the lead roles. The movie will hit the theaters on March 3.
