O Technology Evolution Conference (TEC) 2024, IEG innovation and technology event that this year will be completely focused on the Shared Services (CSCs)will take place on November 13th, on an immersive platform.
Executives from CSCs from all over Brazil will be connected from 2pm to 6:30pm to discuss and reflect on the scenario of technology and innovation nos CSCs.
The event’s theme is “Smart Operations: Unlocking the potential of CSCs” and will feature the participation of Gil Giardelli, specialist in innovations and digital economy, who will share all his vision and experience in the talk “Rethinking Innovation: How Artificial Intelligence Shapes the Future”.
Over the course of 4 hours, sessions will take place, such as the presentation of a success story from BRF, which used Generative AI to transform processes and redefine strategies at the CSC, presenting insights into the results and lessons learned from implementation.
There will also be a session that will talk about “Innovation and Efficiency: CSC Transformed with Digital Workflows”, reflecting on the entire modernization of workflows, highlighting how digitalization can promote operational efficiency and streamline internal processes, essential for digital maturity of CSCs.
Complementing the presentations, the session “CSC L&CO + Localiza Labs: Leveraging Results through Technology” will take place, sharing practical collaboration between CSC L&CO and Localiza Labs, demonstrating how the technological partnership contributed to gains in productivity and innovation. In addition to the discussion panels on “How to Direct Our CSCs Towards Digital Maturity?”, promoting a collaborative space where executives will reflect on the steps necessary to achieve digital maturity, including challenges, opportunities and best practices for integrating emerging technologies.
Concluding the event, the panel “Driving Change: The Role of CSCs in the Age of AI” will take place, a panel focused on how CSCs can lead and drive digital transformation in organizations, facing the cultural and structural challenges that accompany the era of AI. artificial intelligence.
TEC 2024 promises to inspire the approximately 250 expected participants, presenting insights into the impact of new technology and AI on business and how it can transform SSC operations into innovation hubs.
