Steve Jobs is a legend for Apple fans. The co-founder and long-time boss of the most valuable company in the world made smartphones popular with the iPhone and is considered an icon of the computer industry, even twelve years after his death from cancer.
This is Steve Jobs’ family
His family is less known. He and his wife Laurene had three children: Reed Paul, Erin Siena and Eve. After his death, his fortune of around ten billion dollars went primarily to his widow Laurene and to Lisa Brennan, his first daughter from a previous relationship, whom he only acknowledged late and who is now a writer.
Jobs’ widow is now one of the richest women in the world. She invests the money in foundations for charitable purposes. The children shouldn’t get anything from it. They had received a good education and therefore didn’t need the money, she once said. However, the 31-year-old son Reed manages the 200 million fund of one of the foundations. According to the New York Times, his goal is to raise investor money for cancer research.

Little is known about 27-year-old Erin Siena. All the more so about 24-year-old Eve, who shares her life on Instagram and sometimes makes fun of a new iPhone because it hardly differs from the previous model (see picture below). However, she also spends a lot of time on her smartphone. “I can’t live without the iPhone,” she once said.

Why Jobs named his youngest daughter Eve is unclear. Maybe because it sounds almost the same as his name, after all, Will and Jada Smith also called their children Willow and Jaden. Since he called his company Apple, it would also be close to Eve from the Bible, who gave Adam the forbidden apple.
Like her brother, Eve was at the elite Stanford University. Her parents also met there. According to Steve Jobs biographer Walter Isaacson, her father described her as a “gun” with the strongest will of any child he had ever met. Jobs joked that Eve would either be the next Apple CEO or US President.
But the youngest child went his own way. Eve Jobs is a passionate rider. According to Business Insider, her mother bought her a $15 million ranch in Florida with space for 20 horses, where she often takes part in competitions. Eve is on the US team and is therefore close to her goal. “Being able to take part in the Olympic Games and the World Equestrian Games would be a dream,” she once said in an interview.
Riders with famous fathers
Eve Jobs isn’t the only rider with a famous father. The daughters of Microsoft founder Bill Gates, rock legend Bruce Springsteen and Hollywood director Steven Spielberg have also dedicated themselves to equestrian sports.
Eve Jobs is also a successful model, has already taken part in Paris Fashion Week and done campaigns for Glossier with stars such as actress Sydney Sweeney. Eve is signed to DNA Management, the same agency as top model Emily Ratajkowski.
Eve Jobs’ love life
There have already been a few reports in the US press about Eve Jobs and her dates. In 2017, according to the Latin Times, Jobs dated someone else from the equestrian world, the Mexican show jumper Eugenio Garza Pérez. After that, she was in a relationship with more well-known celebrities.
She was in a relationship with folk rock and pop music singer Harry Hudson, who is part of Kylie and Kendall Jenner’s inner circle. She later reportedly dated “Outer Banks” star Chase Stokes. According to rumors, Chainsmokers singer Drew Taggart was also a summer fling last year.
