In Laroque-d’Olmes, from the musical bar “La P’tite Evasion” on Place de la Cabanette to Eva’sion Castel d’Olmes, there is only one big step that Eva’sion has taken to offer its entertainment, but also its menus and its 14 hotel rooms.
Christophe Fiachetti and Eva Costes now manage the two establishments, only the activities have changed address and now take place at Eva’sion Castel d’Olmes. The Laroquais hotel-restaurant is therefore relaunching. For this couple, it must become a place of conviviality and sharing. A gastronomic meeting proposed by Aaron Tupelo, self-employed chef, with years of experience in Courchevel, Switzerland, etc. and his second Christophe. Florence, a professional cabaret and circus dancer, will provide shows, but also service. As for entertainment, Eva knows music. This former revue leader and artistic director in several companies and ballet troupes, invests herself without counting.
The show evenings will take place on the first and third weekend of the month, with karaoke on Friday evening and meal show on Saturday evening. Every Sunday followingnoon, tea dancing with musicians. The restaurant will operate for lunch and dinner, except Sunday evening and Monday lunchtime. The Place de la Cabanette bar remains open, without entertainment.
