A delegation of Central African Energy technicians carried out a three-day work inspection in Berberati, to assess the Water and Electricity Services Improvement Project (PASSEEL).

This mission is part of the implementation of the project ????’????????é???????????????????????????????????? ???????????? ???????????????????????????????? ????’???????????? ???????? ???????? ????’????????????????????????????????????????é (????????????????????????). It is an initiative of the World Bank for the city of Berberati located more than 700 km away, in the southwestern part of the Republic. In detail, the project consists of rebuilding and extending the electricity distribution network by building five (5) km of MV or MV lines; construction of 12 km of LV line and installation of three (3) MV/LV transformer stations; and running water supply. Work started 8 months ago. The evaluation delegation is made up of technicians from Central African Energy (????????????????????????), the Water Distribution Company in the Central African Republic (????????????????????????) and experts from the World Bank. The kick-off for this work was launched by the Minister in charge of Energy and Water Resources Development ???????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????iri.
