We haven’t seen it on our screens since 2014. At that time, Eva Mendes was shooting for the last time in “The Lost River “, directed by his companion Ryan Gosling . Since then, the 48-year-old actress has deserted the film sets, preferring to focus on the education of their two daughters, Esmeralda (7 years old) and Amada (6 years old). But today, things might well change.
Guest on the show “The View ” presented by Whoopi Goldberg , on May 10, the actress made some revelations. “Yes, it’s true, I stepped back from the business. You know how this life takes a lot of time… So I stopped films for a while”. The one who was also a model admitted that she might return to service… But under certain very specific conditions.
A possible return?
“I have a very short list of what I want to do well. Before my kids, I was ready to do just regarding anything…as long as it was a fun project. But today I won’t do violent stuff, I don’t want to do sex, so the list is short,” she said, noting that a “Disney would be perfect.”
If Eva Mendes is no longer in front of the camera, she has nevertheless multiplied projects in various fields, notably by launching her own ready-to-wear collection “Eva by Eva”, as well as her cosmetics brand “Circa”.
