European Tesla owners are in big trouble, how to proceed?

Tesla owners have been receiving strange error messages due to an application problem covering the whole of Europe and are unable to charge their cars in many cases. Social media was flooded with posts from outraged owners.

Tesla owners recently received the “503 Server Maintenance” error message. Some Tesla drivers have also claimed they can’t connect to Powerwall’s home battery charging system. Others cannot access public Tesla chargers.

The application’s problems started in America with Tesla drivers before spreading to all of Europe, wrote the Teslascope on Twitter.

It is understood that Chinese drivers are not affected by the problem as the system is working properly for them.

Tesla now has to face tens of thousands of angry owners, because in several places motorists were waiting in snaking lines in front of chargers, and videos of drivers unable to charge their cars spread like wildfire on social media.

Today, users of the Tesla app are demanding answers from Elon Musk, who may be busy dealing with Twitter issues right now. Yesterday, the news portal The Verge reported that Elon Musk’s tweets appeared even for accounts that did not even follow the billionaire entrepreneur. Musk acknowledged the mistake in a tweet this morning, saying: “Please stay with us while we make adjustments to the algorithm.”

Despite Tesla’s problems, it managed to company to deliver a record 1.31 million vehicles in the past 12 months. However, this sales volume fell short of analyst expectations and, crucially, Elon Musk’s promises.
