PARIS, April 24 (Archyde.com) – Stocks to watch on Monday at the Paris Stock Exchange and in Europe where index futures suggest a slight drop at the open:
* CASINO CASP.PA – EP Global Commerce, owned by Czech businessman Daniel Kretinsky, has offered Casino the implementation of a capital increase of 1.1 billion euros which might lead to a takeover of the group, the distributor announced on Monday.
* VIVENDI VIV.PA announced quarterly revenue of €2.29 billion, up 2% at constant scope and exchange rates, and the conclusion of a purchase agreement with International Media Invest, subsidiary of the CMI holding company founded by Daniel Kretinsky, for the sale of 100% of the capital of Editis.
* The BOLLORÉ BOLL.PA group published on Monday a turnover for the first quarter down 11% at constant scope and exchange rates, to 4.43 billion euros.
* ORPEA ORP.PA announced on Monday that it would not respond to the request by a group of minority shareholders to hold a general meeting.
* CREDIT SUISSE CSGN.S announced that 61 billion Swiss francs (61.9 billion euros) had been withdrawn from the bank in the first quarter.
* PHILIPS PHG.AS has announced 575 million euros in provisions for possible legal costs related to the recall of millions of breathing devices.
* ICADE ICAD.PA on Monday published consolidated turnover, group share, up 14.4% in the first quarter on a like-for-like basis.
* VINCI SGEF.PA announced on Friday that it has won a contract for the design, construction and installation of three offshore wind energy conversion platforms in the North Sea, worth a total of seven billion euros .
* Private equity firm Silver Lake is to buy SOFTWARE AG SOWGn.DE in a deal that values the German enterprise software maker at 2.2 billion euros.
* SODEXO EXHO.PA – RBC lowers its recommendation from “outperformance” to “performance in line with the sector”.
