European shares ended trading on Monday, the twenty-seventh of June, with the exception of the French CAC, which ended the session on the decline.
At the end of the session, the Stoxx 600 index rose by 0.6% to record 415 points, while the German DAX rose by 0.52% to 13,186 points.
The French CAC fell by 0.43% to 6047 points, while the British FTSE rose by 0.69% to record 7258 points.
In terms of stocks, the share of technology company Prosus jumped by regarding 16% following it announced a plan to gradually reduce its share of 28.9% in the Chinese Tencent.
Although European stocks posted gains last week, it was volatile as investors assessed the risks posed by rising inflation and recession fears.
Central banks around the world have already taken steps to combat inflation, which has been driven by rising energy and food costs.
