Fossi’s ticket inevitably disturbs the waters in the Democratic Party even more, because it would create an almost entirely male team of elected officials in the Center constituency (except for Elly, the most favored for the 3/4 seats that might arise are Zingaretti, Nardella, Tarquinio and Ricci). Elly, however, goes straight her way, regardless of the internal protests, as the home expert, the president of the dem senators Francesco Boccia, continues to advise her. Or rather to run at any cost, because then it’s not just the “unequal” challenge with the Prime Minister, but above all the hard-nosed attitude once morest all those who, in one way or another, don’t recognize her leadership. And there are many. From this point of view, the European elections for the Nazarene risk being a sort of return to the gazebos, to probe the actual weights of the currents, based on preferences.
