Hyundai Motor has announced the upcoming launch of the INSTER Cross, a new variant of the all-new INSTER. This crossover model will be available in early 2025 and will offer customers the versatility of INSTER while accompanying them on their mini outdoor adventures.
Bold crossover design
Positioned between the A-segment and B-segment models, the spacious interior and generous luggage capacity of the basic INSTER version already offer customers greater maneuverability, practicality and flexibility. INSTER Cross will feature different exterior and interior design elements focused on the outdoor field.
INSTER Cross will come with wide, rectangular front and rear bumpers to highlight its adventurous character, as well as embossed black cladding. Front and rear skid plates, along with side rocker panels with complementary 17-inch alloy wheels, provide additional protection when driving on poor roads. Roof bars will be standard with the option to add a roof basket via accessories to carry everything you need for daily tasks, outdoor sports and camping trips. The crossover variant will be offered in an exclusive exterior color, Amazonas Green Matte, as well as in five colors available for INSTER, some of which are available with a two-tone black roof: Atlas White, Unbleached Ivory, Aero Silver Matte, Abyss Black Pearl and Tomboy Khaki
Inside, INSTER Cross will offer a special combination of colors and finishes: gray fabric with lime yellow accents. The exclusive finish will be complemented by lime yellow accents on the dashboard.
Like the base model, INSTER Cross will come standard with a range of features more common in cars in higher segments. In addition to offering up to 360 kilometers of range (all-electric, the model can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in about 30 minutes. INSTER also offers a segment-leading ADAS package, including Highway Driving Assist 1.5, Smart Cruise Control and Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist 1.5 The interior offers plenty of variety with all seats folding flat, first row walk-in and 50/50 split second row seats. slide and recline.
Production of the INSTER Cross will begin later this year at Hyundai’s manufacturing plant in Korea.
