From 2023, Peruvians traveling to Europa must submit a mandatory special visa to enter that territory. This decision not only reaches Peru, but also other countries such as Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and the United States. Below are more details of this process.
This means that, from the beginning of next year, the compatriots must formalize their visit in the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS). For this, They must fill out a form that will not take more than 10 minutes.

“This travel authorization system will collect, track and update the necessary data related to visitors in order to determine if it is safe for them to enter Schengen countries,” reads the Schengen Visa website.
How long does the ETIAS permit last?
The procedure will be 100% virtual and the permit will last for 3 years, which will allow visits of up to 90 consecutive days Schengen countries. Likewise, it was known that this migratory requirement will be for all the nations that previously did not need VISA to enter the European Union.
