Seminar series for innovative personnel recruitment in Austria

Vienna (OTS) – With a significant portion of the Austrian population having a migrant background – 26.4% nationwide and 44.4% in Vienna, ethnomarketing and ethnopersonal marketing are becoming increasingly important in the area of ​​recruiting. In view of these numbers, KÖSCHE Solution has launched a series of seminars that trains companies to fully exploit the potential of these population groups in order to effectively address the labor shortage.

The seminar series, led by Mag. Oguzhan Köse, aims to introduce participants to the specialized techniques of ethnorecruiting. “The targeted approach within ethnomarketing strategies is a key element in increasing diversity in the company and thus responding to the staff shortage,” explains Mag. Köse.

Target group of the seminar: This seminar is aimed at a diverse audience of HR professionals, including HR professionals such as recruiters, HR managers, HR business partners, HR managers and business leaders. The opening seminar in the series will take place on April 10, 2024 in Vienna, and another is planned for June 5 in Bregenz.
