Indonesian women’s singles badminton player Ester Nurumi Tri Wardoyo admitted she was impatient when competing in the last 16 of the 2024 Japan Open in Yokohama, Japan, Thursday (22/8).
Ester had to admit the superiority of her opponent from Thailand, Supanida Katethong, through a rubber game with a score of 21-19, 9-21, and 7-21.
Despite performing well and being able to control the game in the first game, Ester said she was caught off guard when her opponent changed her game pattern in the second and third games.
