- Arrivals hall in 24-hour operation (2nd, Engerthstraße 169): It is the first point of contact for people fleeing. There is medical care and support for the onward journey – as well as arranging accommodation.
- Austria-Center (22nd, Bruno-Kreisky-Platz 1): On the former Impfstraße, all questions for those staying will be clarified from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last admission: 4 p.m.). Here the people are vaccinated and their data is recorded by the Ministry of the Interior. Due to the mass immigration directive passed by the EU, the people in the Austria Center will receive an ID card and similar documents in the future.
- Central Station (10th, Am Hbf 1) there was also an emergency shelter (50 beds) and a Caritas information point.
