Tigers Woods is no longer being chased by his former girlfriend Erica Herman.

On Tuesday, The New Post daily learned that the woman withdrew the suit in which she claimed $30 million in damages in connection with a trust on the athlete’s residence. She allegedly had an oral tenancy agreement to stay in Woods’ residence for another five years. She said she was locked out of the house and it was a breach of the agreement.

Herman claimed she lived with Woods at his Hobe Sound estate for six years while they dated. She also indicated that she had rendered “precious services” to her ex-lover in exchange for a rent-free home.

At the time of the breakup, in the fall of 2022, Herman said Woods concocted a scheme to kick her out of his house, including promising her a spontaneous vacation. She said employees of the golfer convinced her to pack for a vacation without Woods and that she would have been driven back to the airport. It was there that she was told that she might no longer set foot in the residence.

For his part, Woods has always denied having concluded an agreement with Herman.
