EPST: Christine Nepanepa under arrest warrant for embezzlement

The secretary general of the Ministry of Primary, Secondary and Technical Education, Christine Nepanepa was arrested on the morning of Friday April 19 for embezzlement.

According to our sources within this ministry, Christine Nepanepa would have embezzled more than ten million US dollars under the blessing of her EPST boss Tony Mwaba Kazadi. “It is a shame for a woman to find herself at the heart of a system of destruction on such a large scale. Evil is everywhere in this country,” our source said.

The stolen funds were allocated to the construction of schools throughout the national territory as part of the 143 territories project. “Millions went into the pockets of certain individuals to the detriment of the youth who are dying today. President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo will surely have no record to present by continuing to work with such people,” he added.

Christine Nepanepa will have to face justice to prove her innocence, but for the moment all the elements point to her face as being responsible for the embezzlement unearthed at the Ministry of EPST.
