In the early hours of Sunday, they were noted episodes so out of the Faculty of Agriculture in Athens as well as outside the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

In Athens, shortly before 01:00 in the morning, about 40 people who took part in a concert at the Agricultural School went out on Athens Avenue, set fire to bins and damaged vehicles. In fact, they burned two buses and a car.

The police immediately intervened with the participation of the DIAS team and the MAT where they rushed to the scene. First they blocked the traffic of cars and then the people were repelled with chemicals by the police inside the university.

Then these people came out again and the “war” continued with stones, molotov cocktails and sticks.

The vice-president of the Union of Police Employees of Athens. Nikos Rigas, speaking to Mega, said that, “it is an incident that we have seen before in the evenings in places where concerts or other events are held. Police forces were immediately mobilized to prevent further diversions. These are not students, they are people who interfere in the university premises.”
