Epic Games announcedthat she intends to direct all funds spent by Fortnite players on in-game purchases to humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
The company intends to transfer funds received from players between March 20 and April 3 to Direct Relief, the World Food Programme, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and UNICEF.
The company also said that Xbox (owned by Microsoft) has joined the action. At the same time, Epic noted that it will transfer to charity all the money received from the players. Those who do not want to participate in helping Ukraine, the company urged to refuse in-game purchases until the end of the promotion.
