After having had the opportunity to get free Costume Quest 2, Sable or Horizon Chase Turbo, the festivities continue at Epic Games. All this is possible thanks to the Epic Games Advent Calendar. Alongside the end of year offers, the platform continues to offer one game per day. At the end of the followingnoon, the site unveiled its new mystery game. Wolfenstein: The New Order is free until 5 p.m..
As Them’s Fightin’ Herds before him, the gift offered yesterday followingnoon has a value of 19.99 euros. If you enjoy dynamic and somewhat bloody FPS, you should have fun. And then it’s still an episode of a well-known franchise. If I hadn’t already, I would have put it at number 1 among the free titles since December 15th.
In addition, it has already been offered recently by Epic Games. I find that a little overdone. It was free in the month of last june for a week and returns six months later. Why didn’t you offer Wolfenstein: The Old Blood for instance ?
Don’t miss it. I remind you that you have until 4:59 p.m. this followingnoon. Collect it and you will see later when to play it.
The Epic Games calendar for December 20
Wolfenstein: The New Order
Wolfenstein: The New Order is a First Person Shooter (FPS) game that only offers a single-player campaign.
The story takes place in Europe in the 1960s, a few years following the adventures of Wolfenstein 3D. In this adventure, Nazi Germany won the war and that’s not all. It dominates the most powerful nations in the world.
The player embodies the American soldier BJ Blazkowicz. You probably noticed the wink. Quite simply, it’s regarding the war hero who escaped from General Strasse’s fortress following facing a multitude of enemies. The latter will try to save humanity. To achieve this, the player will have the opportunity to handle many weapons, including the famous combat knife.
You will see, you will quickly be immersed in the action and in the clashes. Take a deep breath and embark on the adventure.
This new free game for a few hours is once once more reserved for players with a PC. Obviously, Wolfenstein: The New Order exists on other platforms, but if you want it for free, it’s here.
Epic Games Mystery Game of December 21
So, did you find the mystery game before it was unboxed? I had seen, it was indeed a helmet. Frankly, I should have found it, because the helmet is really identical and I have already done this title. Too bad, it will be for next time.
Now, what do you think of this new gift wrap? Have you identified where the next clue is? On my side, I see a Lego brick. At first, I had the impression of seeing a loaf. I thought that the site was going to offer a typical game Overcooked or Cook, Serve, Delicious.
Finally, by zooming in a little, it looks much more like a Lego. Now, there are so many films adapted in Lego games that it is difficult to choose (Star Wars or Batman for example). It can also be a whole other Lego game.
It’s a shame that Epic Games doesn’t give more clues. By cross-checking them, it would be easier to give the right game. It would spoil the surprise a little, but in exchange, we would have a good set of tracks.
