Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Entrepreneur and financial influencer Rudy Salim talks regarding the ups and downs of starting a business as an entrepreneur in Indonesia.

A figure who is often called crazy rich This reveals that the business world has high uncertainty so it is important to mitigate risk.

“As entrepreneurs, we always walk on slippery stairs and slip once more and once more,” said Rudy Salim at the CNBC Indonesia Investment Expo, Friday (15/9).

He said that in the business world, many entrepreneurs are deceived, so it is important to have a strong paradigm and vision in looking at a business. Apart from that, he also revealed that many businesses failed even though they already existed feasibility study and a clear source of income.

Rudy revealed that one of his businesses with a well-known Indonesian celebrity, Raffi Ahmad, suffered losses of up to IDR 70 billion, even though in the beginning there was a profit of IDR 20 billion.

“In two years the profit was around 20 billion, as of January the loss was almost 70 billion,” explained Rudy.

Previously, in an interview on YouTube Ngobrol Asix, Rudy was asked by Anang Hermansyah regarding investment funds of Rp. 60 to Rp. 70 in a film company to which he answered “don’t know where.”

He also said that to save a number of businesses that were experiencing losses, he was offering certain partners who might create sources of income.
