We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Architect – Communications who is responsible for leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge technology architectures. Also, will oversee the strategic alignment of technology initiatives with business goals ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Your expertise in G/Technology Architecture PPM Enterprise Architect and Portfolio & Project Management will be crucial in driving innovation and efficiency across our devices and networks domain.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning: Developing and overseeing the long-term technology strategy to align with the company’s business goals and market trends.
· Technology Leadership: Leading the adoption of new technologies and ensuring the integration of innovative solutions across the organization.
· System Architecture: Designing and maintaining the overall system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various departments such as IT, network operations, and business units to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
· Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all systems and processes comply with industry regulations and standards.
· Performance Optimization: Continuously monitoring and optimizing the performance of the network and IT infrastructure.
· Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
· Vendor Management: Managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure the best solutions and services are procured.
· Innovation and R&D: Leading research and development efforts to explore new technologies and solutions that can provide a competitive edge.
· Customer Focus: Ensuring that all technology initiatives and solutions are designed to enhance the customer experience.
Required Qualifications:
· 16+ years in senior leadership role and managing complex solutioning experience, with broad technical experience.
· Extensive experience working with telco businesses on Next-Gen Technologies.
· Broad exposure in the areas of OSS / BSS areas including Billing, OM, CRM, Inventory, Provisioning, Activation and Assurance
· Exposure to Network area – 5G Wireless RAN and Core / Private 5G / Enterprise Wireline solutions (like SD-WAN, Routing, Security, UC)
· Good understanding of prime networking vendors in the areas above including Nokia, Ericsson, Samsung, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper and others
· Good understanding of OSS/BSS application vendors like Microsoft, Salesforce, Amdocs, Netcracker and others
· Experience building telco domain-based solution offerings in any of the areas above is desired
· Good communication / analysis / problem solving and client facing skills are mandatory
Preferred Skills:
· Worked with industry bodies like MEF, TMF and others
· Certifications in public cloud – AWS / Azure / GCP / Oracle
· Certifications or exposure in data management (using tools like databricks, starburst and other tools
