Immediately, Samia Sami, head of the central administration for tourism companies in the ministry and head of the Egyptian Tourist Hajj Affairs Office, announced a state of alert among the mission committees, as these pilgrims were directed to follow up on this problem and solve it as soon as possible, within the framework of the ministry’s keenness to continuously follow up on the conditions of tourism pilgrims and their escort. Until the completion of the performance of the Hajj rituals in full, as it was found that some centers providing services to the pilgrims were failing to perform the agreed-upon service for the pilgrims in Mina.

The mission intervened and communicated with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj, which quickly sent a number of its senior officials, and they solved the problem and obligated the pilgrims’ service centers to provide an alternative camp with full services for these pilgrims. for them.

For his part, the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities instructed that an urgent investigation be opened into these problems and the causes of their occurrence and an emphasis on avoiding them during the organization of Hajj trips in the coming seasons, and that strict legal measures will be taken once morest any tourism company that proves its negligence in the rights of any of the pilgrims, and they will also be addressed The Saudi Ministry of Hajj, who proves his negligence from the pilgrims service centers.

In the same context, and in light of the violations detected by the committees of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities mission in the performance of a Saudi company providing raft services to Egyptian pilgrims, Ms. Samia Sami formed a special committee to manage this crisis, where communication was made with all the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, headed by the Ministry of Tourism. Saudi Hajj, as well as some authorities related to this file in the Kingdom to inform them of these violations and to stress the need to preserve compensation for these pilgrims in return for not providing the services agreed upon with them. Solving many problems in a timely manner by providing alternative places, as well as assigning them to service providers quickly to avoid notes regarding some services.

The mission of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities affirms that the Saudi Ministry of Hajj is making great efforts and cooperation with it in serving the pilgrims and immediately intervening to solve any problems facing the pilgrims throughout the days of Hajj, especially in the shrines of Arafat and Mina.
