On the followingnoon of January 20, Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien and the delegation visited and wished New Year to the employees of the Central Power Corporation.
Reporting at the meeting, Mr. Truong Thiet Hung, Chairman of the Members’ Council of Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC), said that EVNCPC is currently managing 97.5 MW of electricity; 4,160km of 110kV transmission line, 143 110kV substations with a capacity of 7,922 MVA; more than 31,600 km of medium voltage lines and 30,800 substations with a capacity of 7,022 MVA.

Regarding the work of ensuring electricity during the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Rabbit 2023, EVNCPC has made and implemented a plan to ensure electricity for production and consumption; strengthen inspection and strengthen the power grid to ensure safe, continuous and reliable power supply for electricity users; proactively work with local authorities to grasp the time and location of festivals and festivals, arrange reasonable power supply methods in normal conditions and flexibly switch in emergency situations.
During the Lunar New Year holidays in 2023, no work must be stopped or reduced power supply causes power outages to customers, except for troubleshooting; strictly implement the process of dispatching and operating the power system; comply with the voltage chart of the dispatching levels, strictly implement the reduction of capacitors according to the plan.
The Minister of Industry and Trade requested EVNCPC to ensure a safe and continuous supply of electricity for people in the Central region to enjoy spring and celebrate Tet.
