The leader of the Centrados party explained that he will file a motion to review the ruling of the Electoral Court before the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ).
“We are going to file an appeal for review of this ruling. This ruling may not be appealable, but it is reviewable by the Electoral Chamber in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of the Organic Law of the TSJ.“, Márquez said at a press conference.
He said he would ask the TSJ to allow him access to the ruling, in order to be able to work on the appeal for review.We are convinced that this ruling violates constitutional rights.“.
The former rector of the CNE also asked people to join him in this action. “We are going to turn it into a civic movement,” he said, without specifying when he will carry out the action.
