Seekh Kebab Recipe

Ingredients

  • Big green chillies, eight to ten
  • Besan, four tablespoons
  • Amchur, half a teaspoon
  • Ground white cumin seeds, half a tablespoon
  • Crushed red chillies, half a teaspoon
  • Salt, to taste
  • minced garlic, 1/4 tsp
  • Hot spices, half a teaspoon
  • Celery, half a teaspoon
  • Chopped red chillies, half a teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper, half a teaspoon
  • Baking soda, a little cooking oil, for frying

Composition

First of all, wash the chillies and cut them in the middle, put besan in a bowl and add ground red chillies, white cumin seeds, amchur, hot spices, celery and make a thick paste by adding a little water. With the help of a small spoon, stuff this mixture inside the chopped chillies. And keep it in the fridge for half an hour.

Now in a separate bowl, mix gram flour, chopped red chillies, garlic, ground black pepper, pinch of baking soda and make a thick mixture by adding little water. Also keep this mixture in the fridge for some time.
