England crushed its guest, North Macedonia, 7-0, including a hat-trick by Arsenal winger Bakayo Saka on Monday, on its way to achieving its fourth successive victory in Group Three of the European qualifiers for the finals in Germany in 2024.

England scored the full mark with 12 points, to proceed steadily towards the finals scheduled in Germany from June 14 to July 14, 2024.

Ukraine, following its victory over Malta 1-0 today, also occupies second place with 6 points from 3 matches, and Italy comes in third place with 3 points from two matches.

At Old Trafford, the “Three Lions” team presented a strong offensive display once morest its North Macedonian counterpart, who withstood it for 29 minutes before it collapsed at the end of the first half and conceded 3 goals in the last 16 minutes.

England’s top scorer Harry Kane opened the scoring following a brilliant attack in which Manchester United players Marcus Rashford and Luke Shaw exchanged the ball, and the latter crossed it into the area, where Kane, lurking with his left, followed it into the net (29). It is the sixth consecutive match in which Kane scores at least one goal.

Saka added the second goal following receiving a ball from Kyle Walker, and he hit it hard into the roof of the net (38).

Kane and Jordan Henderson exchanged the ball nicely before the latter passed it perfectly towards Rashford, who followed it from close range into the net (45).

And as soon as two minutes had passed since the beginning of the second half, the England team added the fourth goal in a no less wonderful way, when Trent Alexander-Arnold passed a front ball towards Saka, and the latter controlled it in the air and passed a defender before firing it with a missile at the top of the net.

And Saka succeeded in scoring the hat-trick with a forward pass from Caen, so he separated the goalkeeper and hit his right (51).

Substitute Calvin Phillips added the sixth from close range, opening his tally of international goals (64).

Kane concluded the festival of goals by scoring the seventh from a penalty kick, following a foul on John Stones inside the area (73).

And Kane cemented his record as the best scorer in the history of the England national team, with 58 goals in 84 matches.
