Southampton: Team India under the leadership of Rohit Sharma is going to the first match of the T20 series once morest England (ENG vs IND 1st T20I) today. The match is at 10.30 pm IST in Southampton. The toss will take place at The Rose Bowl Southampton at 10 am. The previous T20 record once morest England will give India hope ahead of the match.
India have the upper hand over England in T20. India have won 10 and England 9 of the 19 matches the two teams have faced so far. India and England have eight wins each in the series between the two groups. India won 3-2 in the last T20 series (March 2021). Moreover, the victory was with India in the last three T20 series.
